Nick came to do an annual service and to check on a non-functioning dehumidifier. He called with an estimated time of arrival, arrived on time, performed all of the work, and communicated with me throughout.

Quality 1st Basement customer care/services are excellent. As a new home buyer, I will definitely recommend this company to others. They expedited a service tech "Justin" to fix a problem. Unfortunately, some items needed to be replaced however Justin advised he had the replacement parts inside the van and would be able to start right away. This is true customer service most companies would have you wait or order parts but Justin advised they keep their vehicles stock so there isn't any delay for repair. Justin also indicated we can request him for future services since we are happy with his services. I have worked in customer service and happy to see this company practice making customers completely satisfied. Five Stars

Andrew was super helpful with diagnostics and needed installations and recommendations without pushing for any unnecessary products. We’ve used Quality 1st for years for this reason.

These guys are fantastic, I cannot say enough good things about them! We have used them twice now in two different homes in New Jersey and have had no issues whatsoever. They saved our first house in Bridgewater from massive flooding issues to the point the basement could be finished without worry. They have been prompt, courteous, and the quality of the work is top-notch. Steve Roldan even helped me with how to introduce a toothbrush to my 9-month-old and it worked like a charm!

I initially discovered Quality 1st with a quick online search and decided to choose their company because I noticed they were a company that specialized in basement waterproofing and met all of my needs. Overall, I am very fulfilled with the work done at my home by Quality 1st. My salesman was courteous and competent, he helped me choose the best products. Victor Leon and the installation crew was nice, clean, respectful and effective.

I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems years ago when first had work done another one of my houses. I contacted them again back in September when I decided to get work done on my unfinished basement. I wanted to waterguard my basement, as well as put in other waterproofing products to protect my basement. Similar to my first time using Quality 1st, I had a very good experience. The salesman John Schweitzer is a good guy who knows what he is talking about. After the work was done, the crew took a lot of care to minimize the mess. They did a great job leaving the work area looking uncluttered. Overall it was a great experience, and I will be sure to use them in the future if I need any more work done!

I want to let you know that the recent job here at Educational Testing Services went very well. Jonathan was great to deal with. He had everything well organized, was very professional and kept me informed throughout the job. He and the crew worked very hard to get the job done in a timely fashion, took care of the work area during the job (which wasn’t easy due to the mushy conditions), and also cleaned up really well before they left.
