Great company who did the right thing. Greg Louis came out to the house and clearly knew his stuff. We scheduled for around 6 weeks out but, with a cancellation, came out much sooner. Led by foreman Juan Garcia, the crew of 6 hard-working men went to work. During the demolition, it was discovered that a leaking pipe was the cause of our problems and Juan was very upfront and honest about what our options are. For now, we have decided to fix the pipe and keep an eye out to see if we get any additional water. If so, we will call them to come back in. I highly recommend Quality 1st!

Collin Peare was all around excellent...I have a dehumidifier and sump pump installed by Quality 1st and love that the product really works. I have been a customer for 3 years and appreciate that Collin comes to visit every year for an inspection on my systems. I'm glad to see that everything seems to be working accordingly. We have had a basement system for 7 years and it has been working great. We just had Randy provide the yearly maintenance and he was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Quality 1st basements.

Quality First installed a sump pump and dehumidifier in our basement 10 years ago which greatly improved our problem with excessive dampness. Randy Halal came for a routine service visit and discovered a pump needed to be replaced. So glad we kept up with our maintenance so our system will continue to perform optimally. Randy was polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

I had a water issue for 6 months before i dediced to do anything about it. The office staff when i initially called was polite and courteous. My salesman Kenny T. was outstanding, he provided me with an immediate estimate and fixed price. His sales presentation and quote was based on specific work that was getting done. I found Quality 1st with a quick google search and could not be more pleased. I had a good experience with Victor and the installation team they were dedicated and clean.

He explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. 

I had a pretty serious erosion problem and I was left with a cement walkway that sunk down. The first step to my home was sunken very far down It was very difficult to get up and down. I thought I was going to have to have all the concrete broken up and replaced. The representative Joe came out and explained that was not the case. Joe showed me a video on how everything worked. And the price was great. No pushy sales just a very polite and professional explanation. I really liked he had the short video to show how it worked! The guys who came to do the job were professional and very very pleasant. Got everything done in a matter of hours and left virtually no mess. I just wish I knew about this much much sooner!!! I would definitely recommend using this company and doing this if you have any unsettled sidewalks/ tripping hazards… things like that. Amazing what they can do these days

I am very happy with the way Quality 1st waterproofed my basement. I was initially recommended to Quality 1st through my contractor and after seeing the positive feedback from several clients I decided to choose Quality 1st. My inspector Ken Peare was excellent! He provided me with a free estimate and helped me find the right products and solutions I needed for my water problem. The installation team knew what they were doing, they were very knowledgeable.

We had a problem with our floor separating from the wall in one of the bedrooms, Jack was scheduled to evaluate the problem, he was very professional and most of all knowledgeable and honest. In the end, what we thought was a foundation problem, was not. Jack gave us different solutions to solve the problem and took our worries away. Very seldom we find professionals that go the extra mile to help a client. We highly recommend Jack and his company.

We have worked with Quality First Basement for 20 years. My first job was the triple sump pump which has been excellent. Next was the refinishing of our basement. Another superb product and experience. Today we had new flooring installed. Once again, the product and workers were excellent! They were on time and so respectful. The floor is so attractive.
