Jack came out to do an inspection of a house I am involved with at no charge in Bedminster he was super professional throughout and his calm demeanor helped to calm me down! He was super honest about what the problem was and how to fix it, which is super important when dealing with foundation problems. Someone dishonest can take advantage of you during this time scare you and upcharge you on things you don't need. My salesman Jeff Nero was very friendly and professional. He didn't use any hard sell tactics. The foreman Juan Gonzalez was very professional and friendly; the crew worked hard, did a great job and cleaned up after they finished. I chose Quality 1st because of the quality of their sump pumps, the company's extensive experience with situations like ours, and the available payment plan.

Quality 1st Basements Systems was a lifesaver for us. We discovered moisture in our crawl space and needed to remediate it quickly. Joe Mancini responded to my call within a day (I called on a Sunday), and he was out the next day to propose a few different types of solutions. One week later, our crawlspace was encapsulated and new protective flooring was laid down. I felt silly that we hadn't had their team out sooner. I highly recommend this business. They were timely, professional, affordable, and personable. Great company!

There was a hole in the basement floor of the home we purchased, apparently the result of repair work done to some water pipes. It was simply left open. I contacted "Quality 1st" and Jay Alverez came out to check things out. He saw that there was a void under a large part of the floor and pointed out where the floor was sinking (clearly visible around the edges of the room). He recommended using their "Polylevel" product to fill in the void and, possibly, raising the floor.The Quality 1st staff showed up on time, were very polite and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the work. The void was filled, the floor raised back to its original level, and the open hole was filled to floor level.Throughout my contact with the company, everyone was friendly and cooperative. They responded quickly to phone calls and emails and answered any questions I had. They made sure I understood what was being done and why.All in all, my experience with Quality 1st has been very good and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your service to anyone.

I had been thinking about waterproofing my basement for 3 months before calling Quality 1st Basement Systems. Overall I am pleased and satisfied with the work and waterproofing systems installed. My inspector did a great job at explaining all products and services before my installation process. I chose to go with Quality 1st because of the truth behind their system and the waterproofing book that was sent to me previously before the appointment. The installation team lead by Juan Garcia did an excellent job.

Joe was very straightforward and concise when providing estimates. Did not try to oversell. Communication in scheduling install was excellent even as I had to reschedule.
