We just had an amazing experience with Quality 1st Basement Systems last month.  Our salesperson Dan McNally quoted us exactly what we needed--nothing more, nothing less--to turn our wet, dank basement into a clean and safe usable space.  Foreman Juan and his team were unbelievably efficient, knocking out what we thought would be a 5-day project in half that time, including clean up and disposal of all the old, wet drywall and framing they demoed.  I highly recommend this company--they turned our disaster of a basement into space we can use and enjoy and know our family is safe from the basement moisture and everything that comes with it.

Sean J. arrived on time and did an exceptional job leveling my stamped concrete pool deck with a product called PolyLevel. The concrete around the pool steps has always been an issue and was thinking I would need to replace this section on concrete. Sean using this PolyLevel and his experience was able to get it back in the place where it now looks perfect. So glad!!! As replacing the concrete, the color and pattern would never have matched. What is also great has Sean drilled very small holes which he filled after with concrete and you cannot tell where they are. Thanks, Bill and Sean for an exceptional job!!!

The team came into my basement this morning and was very efficient. They covered my kitchen floor and started to work. Juan G. and the men started at 9 and were finished at 11. After the work was done I was asked to checked to see if everything was finished the way it's supposed to be I will recommend this company to my family and friends. I recently had some flooding in my basement due to a sump pump whose foot valve had become stuck. By the time I realized the problem, WATER. I managed to fix the problem but the carpeting was already soaked. With much effort, I removed the water and, over the next few months, ran repeated mold tests - which turned out ok, thank goodness. The other day I saw a Quality 1 Truck standing across the street from my house and asked the rep about installing TWO new sump pumps so that would not happen again. He was smart, polite, and, since it was the end of his day, gave me a full assessment of my options and took the necessary data. WITHIN THREE DAYS his team was able to install two great, double-pump sumps. I cannot thank them enough and I'm extremely impressed by both their professionalism and attention. I should note that my appointment was originally made for three months from now because they are so busy. This is only one thing they do out of MANY to care for basements. Call them; I think you'll be very pleased. It's unusual to see such honest and competent people these days.

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate him. He came to my home and made recommendations clearly, with detail and no sales pressure. After we decided to get the ultra sump he came back out installed it as well as did the annual maintenance and service at the same time. Quality 1st waterproofed our basement two years ago. Recently the dehumidifier broke and leaked a significant amount of water. We were originally scheduled for repair one week out but we’re moved up to the next day when there was a cancellation. The service techs were professional and knowledgeable and corrected the problem. All at no cost. I definitely recommend Quality 1st!

We had foam installation for our garage once we found out there was nothing under it. Angie was fabulous throughout the entire process, from scheduling to installation to payment. She was always cheerful and did her best to provide excellent customer service. Mr. Noe arrived with a worker at 2:00 and was driving away at 2:45. He was very pleasant and got right to work. We were more than satisfied with the job and the service. I would highly recommend Quality First
