At this property, the block foundation was failing, and the floors started to sag over time. Our team went out to the home and installed our SmartJack crawl space stabilizer that is a high-capacity steel pier which is fully adjustable to your home and designed to stop the sagging. This owner recently purchased a home and noticed that the block foundation in the crawl space had some cracks with sagging boards. The floors above the crawl space had failing joist supports and rotted sill plates, so we corrected the issue by replacing 11 sill plates, installing 5 Supplemental Steal Beams and 9 Smart Jacks.
