Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This narrow crawl space was damp and had a strong musty odor traveling into the house. To correct the issue we first did a Mold x 2 Treatment, then proceeded with installing a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier, Clean Space vapor barrier, SilverGlo insulation and a Smart Sump with Floor Alarm.

At this property, the homeowner's gravel floor crawl space was beginning to get a musty smell that had started carrying up into the 1st floor of the home. We were able to send a team out to encapsulate the space to eliminate the moisture and vapor seeping up through the ground floor. Lastly, we removed the old board beams to install our SmartJack galvanized beams that stabilize the joists with the support from sagging floors and undersized beams. 

At this property, the block foundation was failing, and the floors started to sag over time. Our team went out to the home and installed our SmartJack crawl space stabilizer that is a high-capacity steel pier which is fully adjustable to your home and designed to stop the sagging. If not handled at a timely manner, it will be a serious problem for the foundation and can cause permanent structural damage.

This owner recently purchased a home and noticed that the block foundation in the crawl space had some cracks with sagging boards. We installed our SmartJack with joist assist under the home, which is designed to stop settling and can even raise a sagging floor back to being level. The steel piers are galvanized for corrosion resistance and can be adjusted easily if needed for future settling 

Floors above the crawlspace were beginning to sag in this new homeowner's home. We came out, and it was determined that the crawl space needed a little more work than she had inspected.

There was moisture in the crawl space, causing areas of mold, so first we treated the mold with a Mold X Treatment, then we installed a SilverGlo insulation, CleanSpace vapor barrier, drainage matting, waterguard, a Smart Sump with floor alarm and Sani Dry Sedona dehumidifier. The floors above the crawl space had failing joist supports and rotted sill plates, so we corrected the issue by replacing 11 sill plates, installing 5 Supplemental Steal Beams and 9 Smart Jacks.
