At Quality 1st, we recently had the pleasure of helping a homeowner in Conowingo, MD, tackle their persistent basement waterproofing problem. The homeowner reached out to us after noticing water seepage that made their basement damp, musty, and unusable. After setting up an appointment, a System Design Specialist from our team visited the home to inspect the situation firsthand. It was clear that the basement needed a robust solution to prevent water from making its unwelcome entrance. This customer travels often for work and was concerned about his old sump pump system failing while away. No fear! We installed a TripleSafe sump pump system. The Triple Safe has three pumps. Pump 1 does the majority of the pumping. Pump 2 kicks in if Pump 1 needs assistance during a severe storm. Pump 3 is the UltraSump Battery Back-up system. As an added precaution, he also had us install an Ice Guard. In the event the end of his discharge line freezes in cold weather, his TripleSafe sump pump will still be pumping water outside, keeping the basement DRY!!
