Every time there was heavy rain, the cinder blocks in this Ewing Township basement would get wet and water would appear along the floor against the wall. Over time, moisture and water marks appeared and the homeowner began to worry and called Quality 1st Basement Systems.
Quality 1st installed WaterGuard and a SuperSump pump system in the laundry room area to collect and direct the water out of the basement. A Vapor Barrier known as CleanSpace was then applied to the walls to protect against water vapor and moisture. The CleanSpace is tucked into the WaterGuard to catch any water leaks and guide it to the water to the drain.
The homeowner was happy at how professional Project Manager, Melvin and his crew were and how well they cleaned up afterwards as if they were never there at all.
Always check your windows for leaks and drafts. We always recommend our SunHouse Windows because not only to they stop water leaks and drafts, they allow more natural light into the basement and will not rust over time.
