This customer wanted to create a bigger window for the basement. We removed the 50-year-old window and installed our vinyl EverLast window along with our WellDuct window well drainage system. By having an Egress window, it dramatically increased the amount of light coming into the basement. Also, in case of an emergency, our Egress Window has built-in steps that make it easier to climb out.
Hey homeowners! Don't let water intrusion become an issue for your home! In Royersford, PA we installed our SuperSump Pump System and WaterGuard French Drain System to prevent water seepage and potential basement flooding for this homeowner. Our customers want peace of mind with a system they can trust to protect their home, at Quality 1st Basement Systems, we deliver just that!
This Royersford, PA basement had puddles of water near where the floor and wall met. The homeowner noticed from time to time with storms that there would be a small amount of water that they always just cleaned up. Recently, they noticed that a good amount of water had seeped through and they decided it was time to address the water concerns they were experiencing. Quality 1st Basement Systems recommended a full perimeter waterproofing system to stop water at the source. To prevent flooding, our team installed our WaterGuard French Drain and SuperSump Pump System to properly collect and direct water out and away from this homes foundation. The homeowners peace of mind was restored since they no longer had to worry when it came to the weather!
This old brick basement was having constant dampness from the walls and would create vapor. Around the foundation walls, we were able to install our CleanSpace Wall system that works as a barrier to encapsulate any potential wall leakage or vapor. Then we went in and installed our WaterGuard sub-level drainage system that will take the captured vapor or moisture, which then will flow down to the sump pump system.
This Delaware customer reached out to us wanting to enlarge their current basement window to an Egress. An Egress is a window that is large enough to be able to safely exit your basement, in case of an emergency, but egress windows are also large enough to let in a lot of natural lighting.
For this install we used our 28x36 In-Swing window with our 48x66x48 Rockwell and Rockwell Cover.
