Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This was a long-time customer of ours; we had previously done some minor waterproofing in the basement and crawl space as well. This project was for window replacements. We came out and replaced 3 basement windows with our EverLast slider windows.

In this basement, the homeowner wanted to further waterproof the area and get a sub-floor drain installed to capture any wall leaks. We installed our CleanSpace Wall System around the foundation, which will help reduce the humidity and seal out any cold drifts during the winter months. To keep the moisture down and maintain the humidity, the team installed our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, which will not only stop mold growth but also get rid of musty odors and allergies. 

What looked like a few damp spots turned into a clear sign that this basement needed serious attention. To capture groundwater before it could reach the basement floor, we installed our patented WaterGuard Drainage System. Our TrenchDrain System also was added to intercept surface water near exterior stairwells and entry points. At the heart of the system, we placed our TripleSafe Sump Pump, known for its triple-layer protection and ability to operate during power outages. To prevent winter-related issues, we included an IceGuard Discharge Line, ensuring water would always have an escape route even if the line froze. Finally, we finished the space with CleanSpace Wall Panels, creating a bright, vapor-proof barrier that keeps moisture out and improves the basement’s appearance.

This customer already had a walk out basement along with an egress window,so an emergency exit was not needed, but, the current egress was extremely old and was allowing water to seep in to the basement.

We came out and  tore out the the wood around the egress, we then did a digout to fit the large 72" Egress Rockwell and included a Rockwell Cover. We also replaced one of the old small basement windows with our EverLast Basement Window and installed 2 Sunhouse wells with Sunhouse covers.
