Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This customer reached out regarding water seepage through the wall whenever it rains. In order to prevent water from coming through the wall and flooding the basement, we installed our WellDuct Window Drain that transports the water from the well duct directly to the inside drainage system.  Our window drainage system is engineered to stop basement flooding due to well duct leakage, preventing any type of water buildup from outside of the home. 

This homeowner in Wilmington, DE, noticed a lot of water coming into the basement when it would rain. There was also a pipe coming out of the wall that had been patched over time but would drip in multiple areas causing pools of water, causing the owner to sweep the water into the corner sump pump. Our team dug a trench along the foundation wall under the pipe to install our WaterGuard Drainage System and placed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along the walls to capture any moisture seeping through. With this system installed the basement remains dry and no more pools of water for the homeowner. 

At this property in Wilmington, DE, the homeowner noticed water seepage in their unfinished basement. We removed the old sump to install our SuperSump Pump System, which is an effective system that is reliable and long-lasting. The pump system is connected to the sub-floor drain system, which captures any water coming into the home and safely carries away water that enters the home. Thanks to our Inspector and our foreman, the homeowner's peace of mind was restored! 

Customer had an unfinished basement that she was looking to fully finish in the near future. Her first step for the finishing project was to install an Egress window. The customer had several basement windows, but if there were ever an emergency and a fast escape through the basement was needed, there was nowhere to go. This is where we came in, we came out and installed a 48 x 48 Slider Egress window with a RockWell which has a stone look and  is UV Stable, rust and rot proof and can stand up to extreme temperatures. 

Here we have the installation of a top-of-the-line TripleSafe Sump system. The TripleSafe is capable of pumping over 6,000 gallons per hour and also operates on battery backup in case of power failure.
