This customer reached out regarding an old sump that was in need of replacing. We replaced the old pump with our TripleSafe sump pump that has triple the protection and keeps the basement dry. It is a three-pump system that assures protection and can handle high volumes of water and will keep operating even during a power outage. 

In this unfinished basement, a vertical crack was found, but no bowing has started. To prevent any further issues, the team installed our FlexiSpan System with Urethane injection, which is designed to permanently stop any water leakage through wall cracks.
