Along with an application of our SealantPro and ultraviolet resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant to ensure that the patio was fully protected against surface discoloration and erosion.

After noticing the concrete slab leading to their front steps was slowly sink, this homeowner from Doylestown, PA knew it was time to act. The uneven surface had become a tripping hazard and was starting to pull away from their foundation, making their front entry not only unsightly but unsafe.

They chose to fix it using PolyLevel and NexusPro, a powerful combination for lifting, leveling, and sealing concrete. Technicians injected PolyLevel, a lightweight yet durable expanding foam, beneath the sunken slab to raise it back to its original position with precision. The process was quick, clean, and far less disruptive than a full replacement.

To finish the job, they sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro, a flexible, long-lasting sealant that prevents water intrusion and future erosion. Now the homeowner's front walkway is level, secure, and looks like new giving their home a safer entryway and a serious boost in curb appeal.

This homeowner in Philadelphia, PA had partially finished the basement but had since had it ripped out due to water damage and humidity issues, and was looking into Total Basement Finishing. By performing annual maintenance on this Philadelphia customer's SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Service Technician Cameron left the customer with peace of mind.  He cleaned the coils and changed the filters. Not to be forgotten, the condensate pump port was cleaned and the condensate line was left connected to a discharge line. Under peak operating performance, the Sedona can remove up to 95 pints of water per day and with a condensate pump, no drip pans need to be emptied!
