The concern in the unfinished basement was the lack of support and physical signs for sagging floor joist. Upon inspection we can see the floors above were sagging and showing serious signs of stress with wood splitting from the pressure overtime. This customer reached out to us for joist sistering on an exterior foundation wall and still had concerns of the same wall bowing in the basement.
