Eventually, the water vapor rises and can cause issues such as bringing pests in, moisture, and even mold growth! The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems where our System Design Specialist, Joseph Mancini,  provided an inspection and suggested they encapsulate the space. Our foreman, Luis Aguirre, installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System throughout the crawl space. This system is thick and durable like a pool liner and is waterproof and mold-proof. Now, the homeowner has a dry and healthy crawl space!

We also built a retaining kneewall to stabilize and better support the area.
