Our Concrete Lifting and Leveling crew injected polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel underneath these settling slabs to raise the concrete back to level and remove the trip hazard on the sidewalk. 

Sinking concrete is caused by weak soil beneath the slab. The soil is too wet, too dry or just poorly compacted and can no longer support the weight.  Our team uses our State-Of-The-Art polyurethane foam, PolyLevel to raise the slab and create an even sidewalk path. 

The polylevel team went out to a job in Milltown, NJ and used Nexus Pro Joint sealant to cover the cracks in between. Nexus pro has proven to last over 20 years and is UV resistant to prevent from drying, cracking or bubbling.
