After measuring the height of the sunken porch, Jonathan provided a quote for the homeowner to lift, level and stabilize the porch area. Within the next few days, our foreman, Sean Johnson, and crew arrived to the home, and repaired the concrete porch using the Polylevel Injection Method.

Not only does this look unappealing to the home, but it creates a dangerous tripping hazard. Our foreman, Victor Leon, used the PolyLevel Injection to raise the sinking slab. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected by drilling small, penny-sized holes below the slab to raise it back to the original level. Now, the homeowner can walk safely into their home without worrying about tripping.
