A homeowner contacted Quality 1st when they realized their concrete was sinking and settling. Not wanting to go through the expense and hassle of replacing the concrete, they were looking for an alternative solution. Our System Design Specialist, Jay, inspected the area and suggested PolyLevel would be the best solution for the homeowner.
Our PolyLevel Foreman, Richard, went out to complete the installation. Richard and his team drilled penny- size holes into the concrete and injected the polyurethane foam. They were able to lift and level the concrete within minutes without disrupting the surrounding areas. To complete the installation, our team installed NexusPro joint sealant to seal the joints of the concrete to prevent water from getting beneath the surface of the concrete and causing settlement in the future.
Quality 1st Basement Systems lifted this sinking concrete in Somerset County with ease. The installation team injected PolyLevel underneath the slab. PolyLevel expands and lifts sinking slabs back into a level position, preventing trip hazards. This is a much better method than mudjacking, which is expensive and messy!
Quality 1st Basement Systems injected an expandable foam called PolyLevel underneath this sinking concrete slab. The foam filled the void underneath the concrete, pushing it back up and supporting it. Now this sidewalk in Somerset county is even and looks much better.
This concrete patio area in the backyard of this South Brunswick Township, NJ home had settled near the foundation and on the out edge of the patio. System Design Specialist, Jay A, recommended PolyLevel as the perfect solution since it would allow us to raise the existing concrete, avoiding replacement all together. PolyLevel, is a light weight, environmentally friendly foam that lifts the settling concrete back to level.
An uneven sidewalk is not only an eyesore, but it can be extremely dangerous to pedestrians. To remove the trip hazards created by the sinking and settling concrete, our concrete repair team injected PolyLevel beneath the slab. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is extremely strong and durable. When it hardens beneath the concrete, it is able to stabilize the slab and withstand the weight for years. PolyLevel does not break down, it is waterproof and environmentally friendly. The sidewalk is now permanently stabilized and safe for pedestrians again!
