Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

This walkway in the back of a Cranford, NJ property was sinking about 4-5 inches, creating an uneven walkway. The installation team lifted Sue's concrete with PolyLevel, which filled in all voids underneath the slab and raised it back up to it's original position.

This Fords, NJ homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems after discovering large cracks in their patio due to the concrete area sinking and settling. Our System Design Specialist, JC Gibriano, knew our crew would be able to lift the patio and seal the cracks using our NexusPro Seal. After using PolyLevel to raise the slabs back to level, NexusPro was installed to permanently seals the joints and cracks. This system prevents water from seeping underneath the concrete slab. After the installation, the homeowner was happy to see their patio fully repaired.

Quality 1st Basement Systems drilled small, penny size holes into the sinking concrete slab. PolyLevel is injected under each sinking slab to raise it back to its original position. PolyLevel will permanently stabilize the concrete slab and prevent any further sinking or settling.
