A homeowner in Colonia, NJ noticed their concrete was sinking and becoming unlevel, so they contacted us for a solution. As a solution, we used our PolyLevel Injections which will bring the concrete to a raised and level position. Check out the transformation!
Jackson homeowner called Quality 1st when he noticed the concrete walkway to the front door had started to settle. This was causing a huge tripping hazard for everyone, including the mailman, using the walkway. The PolyLevel System raised the concrete slab back to the desired level and removed the trip hazard. A homeowner from Jackson, NJ was experiencing sinking slabs on the front walkway of their home. The slabs created multiple tripping hazards. Fortunately, the homeowner had received a Valpak coupon in the mail and decided to contact Quality 1st Basement Systems.

Primary Foreman, Arturo Jacuinde and his crew injected PolyLevel foam under the concrete slabs, quickly raising and elevating each one. The homeowner was amazed at how quickly Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to provide a solution.
Our team drilled small penny-size holes into the concrete porch and injected our PolyLevel Foam underneath. The foam expands to fill any voids and begins to slowly lift the porch. Once the porch is back towards its desired level, the PolyLevel hardens, permanently stabilizing the porch.
