This homeowner in Parlin, New Jersey noticed their driveway was becoming an unsafe tripping hazard and unlevel. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems where our System Design Specialist, Joseph DelVecchio, provided an inspection. Joseph suggested a polyurethane foam to bring the concrete back to a level position. For a quick solution, our foreman, Ramon Romero, used PolyLevel Injections to be injected underneath the slab. This is quick and easy and is done by drilling tiny holes into the slab and injecting the foam into the voids underneath.
Homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems about uneven concrete around her pool. A System Design Specialist explained to the customer that the PolyLEVEL process would be the perfect solution to the issue and be less invasive than mudjacking. PolyLEVEL leaves small discreet holes in contrast to the large gaping holes left behind after the mudjacking process. This concrete pool slab is now even, eliminating trip hazards around the pool area.

This homeowner in Wayne, New Jersey was experiencing sunken and cracked concrete on their patio. They called Quality 1st Basement Systems to come up with a solution to this issue. Our System Design Specialist, Javier Romero, helped the homeowner solve why this happened. When concrete settles and becomes uneven, it can be caused by soil that is too dry, too wet, or the soil below the slab is poorly compacted. Our foreman, Sean Johnson, used the PolyLevel System which has lightweight polymers to lift and stabilize the slab. Sean Johnson drilled small penny-size holes into the slab to inject the polymer foam into the unstable slab. Now the homeowner does not have to worry about any tripping hazards.
