Thomas could not have been more knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. During his first visit, he cleaned and serviced our basement water pump. He took pictures and then reviewed the entire process with me after. He also noticed that our dehumidifier was not working as intended since we had our basement finished and it was now located in a small closet. He recommended a kit to allow the fresh air to vent back into the basement and installed it a few weeks later. The work was precise and professional and we are so happy it’s now working properly. I first used Quality 1st Basement Systems years ago for a water issue in my wet basement. They did a great job overall so I decided to use them for additional work. Kenny's presentation was very good. The office staff was great and the installation team was nice and responsive to all of my needs. I invested in an Ultra Sump 3 system (battery back up) so my basement will always be dry.

We loved our salesman, we had a water problem in the basement and he offered a solution! We had to change the date last minute and the office staff was very understanding. My experience with Quality 1st Basement Systems was perfect! My inspector Ken Peare was great, very knowledgeable and a great communicator. I had a good experience with the office staff, they were nice and answered all of my questions. I chose to go with Quality 1st because they came highly recommended by one of my neighbors and Ken was a great guy. I invested in having a sump pump, french drain and battery back up installed. The installation crew lead by Victor Leon did an amazing job, everything was installed in just one day.

After Hurricane Irene, I finally decided to do something about my flooding basement.  Your office staff was incredibly helpful, especially Juan and James and during my free estimate your salesperson was extremely professional.  The installation team that visited my home were capable, helpful and clean and made sure to leave my basement cleaner than when they came!

Quality First did a fantastic job on our foundation repair. Jack Huber was able to explain the entire process and was available when we had questions. The crew showed up on time and did all the work plus cleaning up. Although the work ended up being done outside versus inside as originally planned it was done correctly. We then passed township inspections. Highly recommend it, other companies' suggestions were not as thorough and did not address the complexity of the repair.  

Very good Company I purchased my home, which had a dehumidifier machine in the crawl space, and noticed this company Quality 1st basement for yearly service. I called for service and I’m very pleased with the quick and experience service I have received from them.
