My wife and I first found out about Quality 1st Basement Systems when we saw their booth at the Edison Home Show back in November of 2012. We were planning on buying a new house, and there were some problems with water seepage in the basement. Once we settled in the new house, we decided to have Quality 1st come in, and explore our options. We had a great experience booking our appointment, and were amazed by the initial mailing package that they sent out. Not only were the books and case stories informative, but they were a major expense for Quality 1st with no guarantee of a sale. When our salesmen Kenny came out, he was very helpful without being forceful. We did not feel pressured to make any decisions, and we really appreciated that. When it came to the installation date, the crew was professional, courteous, and extremely personable. The cleanup was incredible, and they left the area cleaner then before they started. We originally choose Quality 1st Basement Systems because of how impressed we were by the extent of separating yourselves from the rest of the industry, and the quality of work certainly backs up your reputation. Words cannot express our satisfaction with the whole process, and we will definitely recommend Quality 1st Basement Systems to anyone who is thinking of getting work done.

I am satisfied with the work completed by Quality 1st at my home. My System Design Specialist Dan McNally was very thorough and helped me understand all of the waterproofing products that were being installed. When I called to make my appointment the office staff was courteous and thorough. The installation crew that came out to complete the job was a great group of guys, and they got the work done in one day! I did research and got quotes from other companies but Quality 1st had the best reputation. I am glad to refer them to anyone who has a water problem in their basement or crawlspace.

Let me begin by saying Tom Petti my salesperson was great. He was very professional, on time, and explained the work that was to be done in detail. He gave a good price and called to follow up after completion. The service technicians Jimmy and Rodney were both polite, hard-working, and fast. They put down drop cloths and cleaned up when the job was completed. Angela in the Production service office who scheduled the job and gave me a follow call was very nice, professional, and easy to work with. Overall the whole job start to finish was AWESOME !! I would recommend Quality 1st to anyone who needs work done on waterproofing or drainage in your basement.

Quality 1st Basement Systems waterproofed our unfinished basement and it has stayed dry through all of the recent floodings in central Jersey. They also waterproofed the crawl space and fixed our sump pump with backup in case of power loss. Johnathan is extremely helpful and responds quickly! Don’t wait for the damage to happen… be proactive and give them a call because when it rains it pours…

Five stars are definitely deserved for quality first. After the most random Google search, Quality 1st came up and I errantly sent in a request for an estimate. Within hours it was scheduled and in days Will Harris was designing a solution. He was professional, courteous, patient, and thorough.  On 8/1, David and his three-man crew were on site to install the entire perimeter drain, two sump pumps, and the Sani Dry Dehumidifier. They were prompt, personable, and clean. Thank you again, Will, David, and the entire Quality 1st team.  

I thought about fixing my wet basement for the last 3 months and was very satisfied with the installation. The installers were great; they were on time, clean, and neat. The salesman was professional knowledgable, and friendly.
