The service technician, Michael, did a quality job in identifying the issue with my SaniDry dehumidifier; then returned a couple of weeks later to hook up a new unit. I am very satisfied with Quality 1st. I have used them in the past to waterproof my basement and when I wanted to get additional work done I did not hesitate to call. The office staff was very polite and helped set up my free estimate appointment with inspector Nick Biris. He was very professional and gave me a free evaluation of the basement and price! When it was time to have work installed, I think the crew lead by Victor Leon was amazing. They were very courteous, prompt, and helpful. Overall I chose Quality 1st because they were professional, and offered a good price to have the work done.

He arrived early was very respectful when entering our home and completed a very thorough service of our sump pump. I am quite satisfied with the system installed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. I had been thinking about waterproofing my basement for a long time. My representative Rick did a fine job at explaining all of the products and my options.

I highly recommend Quality 1st Basement Systems for solving serious wet basement and high humidity problems.  After thoroughly inspecting our basement, system design specialist Greg Louis, through his excellent "Dry Basement Science" presentation, explained and outlined a viable solution for our situation.  The 4 man installation crew led by Esau did a professional job installing peripheral WaterGuard, a SaniDry XP basement air system, their TripleSafe sump system, crawl space repair, underground water discharge pipe to our curb, and more.  The project was completed ahead not only meticulously but ahead of schedule. The real payoff came with the recent arrival of Hurrican Ida, with its torrential rainfall.  Many homes in our area sustained severe basement flooding.  With our prior basement problems, it is obvious that the inefficient sump pump would have never kept up with the downpour.  By contrast, with the Quality 1st Basement system installed not a drop of water entered our Basement.  Bravo Greg Louis and Quality 1st Basement Systems.

Thomas could not have been more knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. During his first visit, he cleaned and serviced our basement water pump. He took pictures and then reviewed the entire process with me after. He also noticed that our dehumidifier was not working as intended since we had our basement finished and it was now located in a small closet. He recommended a kit to allow the fresh air to vent back into the basement and installed it a few weeks later. The work was precise and professional and we are so happy it’s now working properly.
