Recently, we had the opportunity to assist a homeowner in Conowingo, MD, who was encountering serious issues with a wet basement. A member of our Sales Team thoroughly inspected the basement. After diagnosing the root cause of the moisture intrusion, the specialist recommended a trio of our trusted products: WaterGuard, the TripleSafe Sump Pump, and CleanSpace. The WaterGuard system is an innovative interior perimeter drainage system designed to efficiently capture wall and floor seam water, steering it away from the basement. Paired with the TripleSafe Sump Pump, which provides total peace of mind through its three pump design to handle any volume of water, the basement's defense against water was significantly reinforced. To complete the project, the CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls, providing an additional layer of moisture and mold protection by blocking water vapor from infiltrating the space.

This customer travels often for work and was concerned about his old sump pump system failing while away. No fear! We installed a TripleSafe sump pump system. The Triple Safe has three pumps. Pump 1 does the majority of the pumping. Pump 2 kicks in if Pump 1 needs assistance during a severe storm. Pump 3 is the UltraSump Battery Back-up system. As an added precaution, he also had us install an Ice Guard. In the event the end of his discharge line freezes in cold weather, his TripleSafe sump pump will still be pumping water outside, keeping the basement DRY!!
