Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

In this finished basement in Abingdon, MD, the owner was experiencing a strong smell of mold and then saw the discoloration of the foundation block once the wall was removed. Once the wall was removed, we installed our CleanSpace Wall System that captures all water seepage and vapor coming into the basement. This poly material covers the entire foundation wall that will flow any captured moisture into the perimeter drain system and carry it safely down into the sump pump system. 

In this basement in Abingdon, MD, the walls had water damage from seepage and moisture coming in through the cement blocks. We dug out a trench along the foundation wall in order to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, which will lie underneath the CleanSpace vapor barrier. The drain system will capture any water or moisture that seeps into the basement, then carry it down into the sump pump system. This installation will prevent water from entering the basement and will keep your home dry all year long. 

At this home, the owner was getting a strong musty smell from the back room of the basement and noticed water was coming in through the cement blocks. This customer was looking to finish their basement and not only wanted to add some natural lighting, but also wanted a quick and safe way to exit the basement in case of an emergency. To make this vision come true, we came out and installed a 27" x 45" In-Swing Egress window with a 66" x 36" Egress Rockwell and Rockwell Premier Cover.

We received a call from this Leola, PA customer with concerns of his current sump pump constantly running. With this being a second home and rarely ever being there, he was pretty concerned of his electric bill and burning out the current pump. Basement Systems came out and upgraded his pump to our Triple Safe SumpPump.

Our Triple Safe is equipped with a primary 1/3hp cast iron zoeller pump, a secondary 1/2hp cast iron zoeller pump and in case of sump failure or a power outage, this system comes with a UltraSump Battery backup system.
