By comparison to other companies, there was no hard sale which I appreciated. The salesperson from another company actually expressed anger when I said I needed 3 days to think about it, but the salesperson from here even suggested himself I could take some time to think about it. The only complaint that I have about the work done is that when it came time to return my hot water tank back to its location near the wall of the basement I found that the installers had placed the port hole for the system right where I needed to put my hot water tank in order to reconnect it. Luckily I can still gain access to the port hole and didn't end up having to re-route my piping but it is semi-covered by the tank which is a bit of a hassle. Other than that I was very happy to see that they were able to install the system without having to cut away my finished walls.
