At this property, water would come down the stairwell from the alleyway with no way to drain, which was causing water to intrude into the basement. Customer reached out to us with concerns of water coming in through the wall and sometimes up through the floor whenever there was a heavy rain storm in the area. Once those items were installed and the basement was now protected from any water intrusion, the customer had us assess and re-pour the concrete floor. As you will see in the "Before" picture, the state of the customer's current floor, was not the best condition, it was cracked all throughout and even parts of the concrete had chipped away causing deep and wide cracks and uneven floors. We ended up breaking up and hauling away the old concrete floor and then pouring a new one. Now the customer has an even floor and a dry, bright and clean basement!
