Being a licensed architect with specialty training in water permeability and infiltration in building structures, I am whole heartedly impressed with your company in every respect.Your approach to basement and crawl space remediation utilizing the most interesting and effective proprietary materials is not only successful in keeping out water and moisture, but its simple and elegant design is easy for anyone to understand.  The designer that I worked with, Dave Axelrod, was especially knowledgeable in mold and water prevention methods.  At the time, I withheld that he was selling his proprietary basement water proofing systems to an architect with 5 years experience in mold remediation and water infiltration and prevention.  Believe me, I tried to stump him, but he knew his stuff.  So to say I was impressed is an understatement.Aside from the intuitive water management systems that you installed, and professional sales and design approach at my home consultation, I was also thoroughly impressed by the speed and quality of the workmanship of the installers.  I could tell they not only have been highly trained in what they do but have a clear background in basic construction techniques as well.  Equally impressive was the apparent organizational system of tiered responsibilities from the installers- to the home designer- tp the management.  It is obvious that the real success of the company stems not from a person so to speak, but from a sophisticated custom designed software on the outside appears to be a simplified "paint by picture" approach to what is essentially complex water and mold remediation situation.  But the software also appears to allow the home consultation designer the ability to design floor plans, and perform square footage take-offs in order to generate a detail and precise estimate on the spot without having to refer back to "the boss" for price authorization.  The whole system sets your mind at ease.Thank you for the upmost in professional service and excellent pricing.  I look forward to doing business in the future. I wanted to move ahead with the service call, so i sat 20 feet away at my desk with computer. Step by step Ryan went to work DE installing, adjusting, cleaning and reinstalling the originally day 1 quick install. Our basement carried a lot of moisture and the paneling and wood we had installed was warping and was getting moldy. We contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and Laura helped me, and was very thorough and explained everything. They installed these beautiful walls that have a moisture barrier behind them and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend it.
