I called Quality 1st Basement Systems after the water damage in my basement from Hurricane Sandy. I am overall very satisfied with the work completed and would gladly recommend them to anyone with a water problem in the basement. My inspector gave a great presentation and offered affordable solutions that fit my needs. The installation team was professional and clean. I did research with other companies before contacting Quality 1st but chose to go with them because of the price and professionalism.

Overall I am very satisfied with Quality 1st Basement Systems. They do good work. I first heard about them after my father saw their truck on the road and needed a free estimate on my basement water issues. I always got water thru the floor when it rained heavily. My initial call to the company was very professional, the woman I spoke to was kind and willing to help. I answered a few short questions and was set with my free appointment. My inspector Dan was very kind, patient, and informative. He offered solutions that were fit for my basement. My experience with the crew led by Jonathan was a good one, the guys were quick and professional. I did research other companies but chose Quality 1st because the price was within my budget and I believed in the quality of the products.

Kyle is very nice, informed us of options and addressed concerns. Very personable. Did work weekly. Polite.

Wilver and his team arrived on time. Today was a 90+ degree day with MAJOR humidity. These guys never stopped. I had my crawl space vapor barrier installed, it looks AMAZING!!! A major improvement. My wife and I first had work done to our basement with Quality 1st Basement Systems back in 2010 when we had waterproofing done on our basement. Since then we are pleased with the annual service appointments, and how smoothly everything goes. The staff are excellent in setting up the appointment and the techs are wonderful. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and do an excellent job. We are very pleased after every appointment, and we would definitely recommend Quality 1st to anyone who is having waterproofing issues.

We first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because we were having problems with our crawl space and we were interested in getting The Turtl crawl space access system installed. We were very happy when the inspector first came out. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and were able to tell us what we actually needed for our crawl space. They were even able to help us make the decision to waterproof our crawl space as well as install the Turtl. When it came time for the installation, we were happy with the high quality of work that they performed. Our crawl space looks brand new and is totally water proof!
