Handled A Job In Our Basement Very Efficiently.We found out about Quality 1st Basements by just doing a simple google search because they were one of the first companies that came up. I spoke to them about what we wanted to get done and they came up with a schedule for the work after we signed the contract. They pretty much did a complete waterproofing of our basement and also installed some drains as well. The job went pretty well but I was very worried about the mess throughout the whole process, however, they were able to clean up very well and really didn't leave much behind.

Ryan of Quality 1st Basement the service tech did a wonderful job while performing the annual maintenance on our sump pump system in the basement. He identified certain issues in the original installation done in 2003 and fixed it. His attention to detail was exemplary. Ryan deserves a 5 star rating.  

I first contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems because the foundation had settled in a corner of my home, which had made the floors in that corner uneven. This foundation problem has also caused cracks in the exterior as well as the concrete slab in the basement. After doing research for about two months, and getting quotes from other companies, I decided to choose Quality 1st because they won me over. The office staff that set up my appointment were very professional and nice, and the salesman gave an awesome presentation. The installation team was very informative, and did a great job installing the products. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and I made the right decision going with Quality 1st Basement Systems.

 Despite my concern with the time the crew would arrive  I must say once they came.  Wilver & his crew were wonderful to work with , they did a beautiful job working in a very small crawl space ,in which conditions were not the best ,cleanup was perfect & now I have a state of the art  crawl space that I wish others could see!!!! We used Quality First to install a drainage system in our basement. Justin came out for the annual preventive system check and was thorough, clear, professional, on time, and pleased. Will request him yearly.

We had issues with some water getting into our basement.  So we went out and got a few companies to look at our situation.  After meeting with your design specialist, John Schweitzer, we felt confident that your company was the optimal choice in selecting a waterproofing system.  John did a thorough analysis of our basement and put together a comprehensive plan that would address the problem.  Other companies did a basic analysis and didn’t provide much comfort that they could get the job done effectively.  John sat down with us, answered our questions and listened to our concerns during our meeting with him.  He was informative and knowledgeable of the product you sell.  Other companies out there offer similar products, not waterguard, but overall a French drain type system.  We could have gone with one of the other groups, but Quality 1st’s customer service level led us to believe that they’d be the right company to do the job. Juan Garcia and his crew did the job a few weeks later and put the system in place quickly.  Juan was very professional and answered our questions during the course of the project.  He and his team were very hard workers and must be assets to your company.  After the completion of the project, John was available to answer follow up questions that we had about the basement system your company installed and he followed up with us to be sure it was doing what it is supposed to do.  We’ve been leak free over the past two months.  Should we know others who might need your product in the future, we will gladly recommend your company.

Andrew arrived on time and was pleasant, courteous, and kept me informed of his progress. He explained why the primary sump pump had to be replaced.
