We installed our specially patented CleanSpace Wall Panels to encapsulate the crawl space, effectively sealing out water vapor and reducing humidity. Next our WaterGuard Drainage System was then placed along the perimeter, directing water to our patented TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which included a battery backup for peace of mind during power outages. To further control humidity and prevent mold, we added our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, ensuring the crawl space remained dry and healthy.

Foundation Repair Specialist, Mike Fiorillo, recommended our PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System.  The system is installed with steel beams that are secured to the joists above the wall with a strong steel bracket. A benefit of this system is the adjustability to tighten each brace need be. 

This basement had a WaterGuard and WellDuct System installed to keep it as dry as possible.

A SuperSump sump pump system was installed to keep water flowing out of a flooded basement in Colonia. The Quality 1st Basement Systems crew installed a WaterGuard basement waterproofing system around the perimeter to prevent water from entering the basement. WaterGuard drains to the SuperSump keeping this basement dry all of the time!
