ZenWall is an insulated wall panel that will help keep the basement warm and dry because it works with the perimeter drain to direct water from the walls where the leak is straight down into the waterproofing system. A homeowner from Jackson, NJ was experiencing sinking slabs on the front walkway of their home. The slabs created multiple tripping hazards. Fortunately, the homeowner had received a Valpak coupon in the mail and decided to contact Quality 1st Basement Systems.

System Design Specialist, Andrew Gagliardi , inspected the homeowner's front yard and suggested PolyLevel.  Primary Foreman, Arturo Jacuinde and his crew injected PolyLevel foam under the concrete slabs, quickly raising and elevating each one.  The homeowner was amazed at how quickly Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to provide a solution.

The PowerBrace™ system is made of steel I-beams that are secured to the joists above the wall with steel brackets. These brackets allow our Service Technicians to  easily adjustable each beam over time. The tightening of each PowerBrace will allow for a gradual pull back towards its original position.

When our Senior Design Specialist, Joe Hubbard, noticed the titling inwards of the foundation wall and the large cracks from the movement, he recommended the PowerBraces for permanent stabilizing and to stop further damage. 

Foreman, Victor Leon, and his amazing team, got to work and installed three PowerBraces to potentially straighten the wall. Our team brought the homeowner piece of mind that their foundation was secured and stable with the help of our Foundation Repair System, PowerBrace.

Our team drilled small penny-size holes into the concrete porch and injected our PolyLevel Foam underneath. The foam expands to fill any voids and begins to slowly lift the porch. Once the porch is back towards its desired level, the PolyLevel hardens, permanently stabilizing the porch.
