This homeowner in Gambrills, MD wanted to install a window well to prevent water from filling during heavy rains. We removed the old window well to install our Window Well Duct. Along with this, we also installed our WellDuct Window Drain, which will capture the water and channel it down to the drainage system. We were able to replace 3 center support beams with our SmartJacks to stabilize the center. All footings are installed with an over-the-top concrete restoration pour, creating maximum stability. These steel piers are designed to stop settling, and this product can also potentially raise the floor back to where it was originally.
