The apron of the driveway had settled causing small dips in the driveway. Every time a car pulled in or out it would hit the dip. The homeowner wanted the apron of the driveway lifted so that they would't have to worry about tripping over it or it settling even further.   

Using PolyLevel Foam, Our Team led by Iian, raised the concrete back to level, removing the trip hazard and permanently stabilizing the concrete. 

These steps leading to a Mercer County, NJ home were settling because of a downspout bringing water right to it. The homeowner read up on our services and was excited by PolyLevel. Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by this homeowner in Hamilton Township, New Jersey who noticed their concrete stairway was sinking and settling. We arrived at the home, inspected the area, and used our PolyLevel Injections. PolyLevel is a lightweight and environmentally friendly foam that will bring the stairs to a raised position. This process is done by drilling small, penny-sized holes in the concrete to fill the voids underneath. When the job was complete, the stairs were raised and brought to a level position to eliminate tripping hazards!
