PolyLevel was injected under the slab, which expanded to raise the slab to its original position. The lightweight but strong foam expands to support substantial loads and can be walked on the same day it's injected.

After dealing with ongoing basement water intrusion, this homeowner from Lansdale, PA chose a comprehensive waterproofing system to protect their space from top to bottom. WaterGuard was installed along the foundation perimeter to capture water before it reached the basement floor, while a TrenchDrain was added in around the water heater to manage surface water and direct it into the drainage system. The collected water is safely removed by the TripleSafe sump system, providing dependable, multi-level pumping protection. To further seal the basement, CleanSpace was installed along the walls to block moisture and improve overall air quality. Sometimes a customer needs additional assurance that their basement is protected from groundwater intrusion. They might have questions like: What if the power goes out? What if the pump fails? Will my basement get wet? During this homeowner's annual maintenance visit on their previously installed SuperSump Plus system, a 1/3 hp Zoeller pump in an extra large liner, the Service Technician John discussed the benefits of adding a Battery Backup pump to the existing system. The homeowner liked the idea of a backup pump kicking in to pump water out of the basement in the event that the primary pump fails or if the power goes out. John installed the Battery Backup pump and now the homeowner has peace of mind with the backup being able to pump 11,500 gallons of water or more on a single charge! 

Customer was putting their home up for sale, but knew as long as they had a wet basement, it would be hard to get an offer on the house and reached out to us for help. 

For this basement waterproofing job, we installed a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier and WaterGuard along the leaking wall, and tied this into his current sump pump. 

This was a 2-part basement project. We first needed to install a Supplemental Beam with 2 Smart Jacks to support the floor above the basement. Once the Smart Jacks were in play, we then got to finishing the basement by installing our TBF EverLast Wall System and Grey Elite Plank flooring. Basement Systems even went as far as camouflaging the Smart Jacks as a Decorative Post.
