Based on our findings, we developed a tailored repair plan that combined structural stabilization with long-term protection. Using our PolyLevel Foam Injection System, we lifted the sunken slabs back to a level, stable position while filling voids in the soil to prevent future shifting. To further protect the repaired patio, we applied UV-resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant to all cracks and joints, sealing out water and reducing the risk of additional settlement.

This customer called regarding the flooring above the crawlspace and noticed water intrusion during rain. We installed our CleanSpace Vapor barrier on the contracted walls, which will then capture all leakage coming through and carry it down to the sub-floor drain.
