After noticing frequent water pooling around their foundation and signs of moisture intrusion, a homeowner in Glenside, PA realized their clogged gutters were the root of the problem. Leaves, twigs, and debris were preventing proper water flow, causing gutters to overflow during rainstorms and directing water dangerously close to the home’s structure.
Concerned about potential long-term damage, the homeowner contacted Quality 1st for a reliable, lasting solution. Following a thorough inspection, our team recommended the installation of our advanced Gutter Guard System to eliminate clogs and restore proper drainage.
Our crew installed the Gutter Guards directly over the existing gutters, ensuring a precise fit that blocks debris while allowing rainwater to flow smoothly through the system. This low-maintenance solution not only prevents future clogs but also safeguards the home against foundation damage, soil erosion, and moisture buildup. With the Gutter Guard System in place, the homeowner now enjoys year-round protection from gutter-related water issues, without the hassle of constant cleanouts.
The installation to raise a sinking concrete slab is very simple. Small penny-sized holes are drilled into sections of the concrete and polyurethane foam, PolyLevel is injected underneath the slab. We found that concrete sinks due to the soil underneath the slab. Soil becomes weak when it is too wet or too dry and can no longer support the weight of the concrete. PolyLevel is a lightweight foam that provides additional support, permanently stabilizing the patio area.
