Basement windows are typically not equipped to prevent water leaks. This homeowner noticed water would pool in the window well and leak into his basement. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a SunHouse Basement Window Enclosure to keep rain out. The basement no longer leaks through the window and has drastically improved this basement.

Quality 1st Basement Systems replaced the rusty crawl space supports in this Ocean Township crawl space. The SmartJack support system is rust-proof and made with galvanized steel.

When a water issue in a basement is ignored, that water creates a damp and musty environment over time. A musty odor could gradually form, creating unhealthy air which then travels from the basement to the first level and then eventually throughout the rest of the house. Quality 1st Basement Systems permanently protects the basement against water and moisture that could create that uncomfortable environment and poor air quality. 

A homeowner, from Ocean Township, contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to get an estimate to stabilize their foundation walls in their basement. We sent Senior Design Specialist, Jeff out to inspect the foundation and design a solution. 

He suggested our Carbon Armor Wall Defense System to permanently stabilize the foundation. Stronger than steel, this stripes gradually pull the foundation back towards its original position while stabilizing the walls to prevent future movement and bowing.  

The concrete that was supporting the pavers around this pool was beginning to sink and settle- causing the pavers to become uneven. Since the surface beneath the pavers was concrete, our team was able to temporarily remove the pavers and inject PolyLevel beneath the concrete. Following the PolyLevel installation, the joints were sealed to prevent water from eroding the soil beneath the concrete. The pool area is much safer now with the even pavers.
