Settling concrete along their driveway had become a major concern for this Tinton Falls, NJ homeowner, creating potential tripping hazards and diminishing the safety and appearance of their property. Wanting a permanent solution rather than a temporary fix, they reached out to Quality 1st for expert help.
After assessing the issue, our team used our patented PolyLevel Foam to lift and stabilize the sunken slabs. The foam was injected beneath the concrete, expanding to fill gaps in the soil and gently raising the surface back to its original position.
To finish the project and ensure long-term protection, we applied our NexusPro Joint Sealant between the slabs. This durable, UV-resistant material prevents water from seeping into the joints, protecting against erosion and future settlement.
The result was a safe, level, and visually refreshed driveway the homeowner could feel confident about. Thanks to the quick and effective process, the area was ready for use the same day!
A crawl space in Emerson, NJ had a musty, moldy smell. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a SaniDry dehumidifier and encapsulated the crawl space to keep the humidity low.
Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a new, better sump pump in this Emerson, NJ basement. The TripleSafe has three pumps that this homeowner can trust. It will keep the basement safe and completely dry.
Quality 1st Basement Systems replaced this basement window well in Emerson, NJ with a beautiful vinyl SunHouse window well. The vinyl window well lets in natural sunlight and will never rust, rot, or fade with time. Our window wells are energy efficient and protect the basement from cold winds.
Our PolyLevel team removed the trip hazards surrounding this pool in Emerson, NJ. First, they drilled small penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs. Next, the polyurethane foam (PolyLevel) was injected through the holes and under the concrete. The polyurethane foam lifted and stabilized the concrete. Once the concrete was stabilized, our team applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the joints. Once the joints were sealed, the installation was complete. The homeowner was happy with the results and even happier that they did not have to go through the process of concrete replacement.
