Looking to buy a new house, a prospective Fairfeld homeowner was told by her inspector that the property had weak footing. We sent Foundation Specialist, Jack Huber, out to inspect the floors and the basement beams to ensure there was enough support. 

Upon inspection he realized the sagging floors were due to lack of support to the basement beams and floor joist.
