Looking to buy a new house, a prospective Fairfeld homeowner was told by her inspector that the property had weak footing. Concerned about her basement walls bowing and damaging the rest of the house, she called Quality 1st Basement Systems to fix her basement walls. After a homeowner began noticing the floors on their first floor were sagging they contacted their local experts, Quality 1st Basement Systems to get an estimate on sagging floor repair. We sent Foundation Specialist, Jack Huber, out to inspect the floors and the basement beams to ensure there was enough support. 

Upon inspection he realized the sagging floors were due to lack of support to the basement beams and floor joist. He recommended our SmartJack Stabilizer System to provide the support the beams needed. Each SmartJack is installed underneath the sagging beam and properly adjusted to allow gradual movement back towards its original position. 

A Ringwood, New Jersey homeowner noticed their basement walls were bowing inwards, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. Pompton Lakes, NJ homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems after noticing their garage walls started bowing inwards. They were concerns that over time this would cause serious foundation issues and so they needed a system that would stabilize the walls. Foundation Repair Specialist, Mike Fiorillo, recommended our PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System.  The system is installed with steel beams that are secured to the joists above the wall with a strong steel bracket. A benefit of this system is the adjustability to tighten each brace need be. 

The existing columns in this basement could no longer support the weight of the home. Our Senior Design Specialist, Jeff N. designed a solution that would add additional support the foundation needed for this home to be stable and therefore safe. Esau, our Foreman and his team were in charge of this project to make sure the installation was completed on time.
