The initial call for this property was basement flooring, they already had a waterproofing system and no active leaks, just wanted to get some flooring installed. When we arrived at the property ready to provide an estimate for flooring, the inspector did notice a few issues. There was a horizontal crack going along one side of the block foundation which left unattended for too long could turn into a costly issue, the basement walls were showing mold growth and the current windows and window wells, had seen better days.
