Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

At this home in Baltimore, MD, the crawl space was bringing cold drafts into the upper levels of the home. The homeowner knew this was an issue, so they contacted us for a solution. We encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace System, which is designed to reduce moisture and humidity. We also installed our SilverGlo Insulated Wall Panels, which have a built-in heat barrier, creating a more energy-efficient area. Moisture intrusion and weakened structural supports had started to compromise the integrity of a Baltimore, MD homeowner’s crawl space. The rising humidity levels not only threatened the air quality inside the home but also raised concerns about long-term foundation settlement and wood rot. Our team performed a detailed inspection to assess the full extent of the issues and designed a comprehensive crawl space repair plan tailored to the home’s specific needs.

To address water management, we installed Drainage Matting to direct any groundwater toward the newly installed SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump, which offers reliable drainage in tight spaces. To restore structural stability, our crew installed the SmartJack Support System, adjustable steel supports designed to reinforce and lift the failing beams. We then encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, sealing out ground moisture and creating a cleaner, more energy-efficient environment. Finally, our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was added to regulate humidity and prevent mold growth.

With these integrated systems in place, the crawl space was fully transformed into a dry, stable, and healthy environment, giving the homeowner confidence in the protection and longevity of their home.

These are before and after pictures of a church that had such a bad moisture problem in their crawlspace that rot destroyed the floor.  The whole floor had to be removed, but before replacing it, the owners were smart enough to call our company to install a new CleanSpace system, complete with a SuperSump and SaniDry Dehumidifier so the new floor would be protected. 

At this home the owners had nothing but a dirt floor basement which was causing the upstairs part of the home to be cold. Our team fully encapsulated the area by pouring concrete to create the new floor and placed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along every wall to control the moisture and vapor seeping in. Lastly, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier that control and keep the humidity low so the owners for now on will not longer be having moisture or dampness issues. 

In this dirt floor crawl space, the owners wanted to clean out and encapsulate the space with insulation. Our team went out to the home to remove and haul away all the debris in the crawl space in order for us to install our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier that will capture any moisture or wall leakage. Once the barrier is placed, we laid our SilverGlo insulated wall panels that are highly effective and have a built-in radiant barrier that will overall save on electric bills.
