This customer had a leaky crawlspace and the main cause of the leak, was due to an old crawlspace door. We were able to capture the water leakage with our CleanSpace Vapor barrier installation along with our WaterGuard sub-flooring drain system. The CleanSpace is a poly sheet material that covers the entire basement and works as a barrier for any water or vapor coming through into the home. This particular covering forces any type of seepage down to the sub-floor drain then flows into the sump pump, preventing any unwanted water in basement.
