Our Service Technician, Andrew, met with this homeowner in Lumberton, NJ to help provide them with a solution to the dampness they noticed in their crawl space. Andrew noticed high levels of moisture which over time could cause mold. Mold would then effect the quality of air in the crawl space area and the first level of the home. He recommended our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to completely seal the crawl space from the earth's elements. 

This homeowner in Medford, New Jersey was looking to seal their crawl space to block out moisture and pests. The homeowners also wanted support for their floor that was sagging above the kitchen and contacted Quality 1st for a solution. Our System Design Specialist inspected the crawl space and suggested a full encapsulation system be installed as well as SmartJacks to help fix the sagging floor above. A full encapsulation system was installed to keep water vapor and humidity out and make sure the crawl space stays dry and healthy. SmartJacks were installed to provide support to the sagging floor above and are also a permanent solution so the homeowners do not have to worry about their structure being unsupported.
