Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Before transforming this Gilbertsville, PA  crawlspace, the confined 18-inch-high area was dark and damp. Recognizing the need for a vapor barrier, the homeowner contacted us for assistance. As illustrated in the after photo, we have thoroughly revitalized the space using our CleanSpace technology, SilverGlo insulation, and SaniDry Sedona to enhance moisture control and energy efficiency.

This homeowner in West Chester, PA was looking into potentially encapsulating the area and fixing the cold drafts that crept into the home. The team went into the space to remove as much loose debris and dirt from the floor as possible. We then laid our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier around the contracted walls that will capture any water leakage seeping in through the foundation. Lastly, to insulate the walls, we installed our SilverGlo insulated wall panels that are efficient graphite-impregnated barriers, which have a built-in heat barrier that will fully enclose the crawl space.

This homeowner was interested in a crawlspace encapsulation and reached out to us to get the job done. This crawlspace had a dirt floor and issues with dampness. The customer was primarily concerned about mold becoming an issue. We started this job by removing the old insulation and replacing it with SilverGlo insulated wall panels.
