Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Ocean Grove, New Jersey needed their crawl space encapsulated due to water entering and also needed beam support. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st for a solution. Our System Design Specialist inspected the crawl space and suggested a full encapsulation system be installed as well as SmartJack beams to support the crawl space. 

Drainage Matting was installed on the crawl space floor to provide a channel for the water to pass through to the sump pump or drain. SilverGlo was installed on the crawl space walls to boast as a radiant barrier, which reflects heat back into the crawl space to keep it warm. CleanSpace was installed on the crawl space walls and floors for encapsulation and to keep out water vapor and moisture. This crawl space is fully encapsulated and protected against any water entering.

To add support for the sagging crawl space, SmartJacks were installed. SmartJacks provide support for sagging floor joists in the crawl space and are a permanent solution. SmartJacks can easily be adjusted at any time if the home requires it.
