Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This Little Egg Harbor, NJ crawl space had flooded after the sump pump had failed. We recommended a full perimeter waterproofing system as a replacement to ensure this never happens again. By installing the WaterGuard French Drain and SmartSump Pump System water will safely and efficiently get collected and directed into the sump pump system to be removed from the crawlspace.

We recently assisted a homeowner located in Cherry Hill, NJ, who began to notice indications of rot and mold growth as a result of poor insulation and consistent water seepage. To resolve these issues, our team installed our specially patented Drainage Matting, which will create a clear channel for water to be directed toward the drainage system. With the installation of our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System, this highly durable liner will continue to keep the space dry and protected against the accumulation of mold and mildew. Now, the homeowner can have the peace of mind they deserve. and their crawl space can stay dry and healthy!

CleanSpace Wall System is an option to get rid of cold, damp concrete walls.

When a homeowner in Wildwood, NJ, noticed the uncomfortably high humidity levels in their crawl space were wreaking havoc not just there but in their whole house, they decided it was time for a change. We prescribed a combination of our CleanSpace vapor barrier system to encapsulate the crawl space, preventing moisture from invading the area. Next, SilverGlo panels were installed on the walls to insulate the space and reflect heat back into the crawl space, making it more energy-efficient. Finally, to actively control the humidity, we set up a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier – a powerful, yet energy-efficient system designed specifically for areas like this.
