This homeowner's crawl space in Rutherford, New Jersey was damp and dirty. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, JC Gibriano provided an inspection and suggested they seal the crawl space. Our foreman, Mario Barron, installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. This system is thick and durable like a pool liner and is mold-proof and water-proof. This will prevent moisture and humidity from getting into the crawl space, ultimately keeping the space dry.

Next our Vapor Barrier Liner known as CleanSpace is then installed over SilverGlo. The CleanSpace is a moisture and water vapor barrier. Not only will it prevent water leaks and pests from getting through but also create a cleaner space by protecting the crawl space against mold.
