Quality 1st Basement Systems installed CleanSpace crawl space vapor barrier. CleanSpace stops moisture from entering the crawl space. Water damage was evidenced in this Morris County home due to the efflorescence on the crawl space walls. Efflorescence is caused by minerals left behind when water evaporates off of a surface. It looks like white chalky powder.
