Hired quality for concrete raising. The staff was knowledgeable and on time. The only issue we had was that 2 small sections of my concrete were in a pinched area and would not come up to the height that I was told would be fixed. It was better but just not exactly what I wanted. Spoke to Kyle and they made it right. Would definitely hire again. Responsive and they get back to you. That's something many companies just don't do.

Jeff Pitek from Quality 1st Basement Systems came to our home to provide an estimate and take a look at our issues. He was polite, professional, and offered us options that saved us thousands. His crew was able to repair the concrete around the pool better than new and it's ready for summer fun. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Very satisfied with the job. The presentation was good, he was very personable. The installation team were excellent ! They are friendly, efficient, clean and answered my questions. To be honest, I was not aware this could be accomplished, saw your ad on the money mailer. You were the only company I have ever needed to advertise the service.

I had been looking to fix my sinking sidewalk for three to four years. My friend posted a video on Facebook about PolyLEVEL. I called for an estimate and my salesman John was professional, personable and honest. Removal and replacement of the concrete was at least twice the money as PolyLEVEL. The installation team was excellent and I am completely satisfied with the job done.

I had PolyLevel done to a concrete patio which settled and pitch towards the house causing a puddle by my back door when ever it rained. It’s been over 10 years and every thing still good! They left no mess and it was done quickly and relatively inexpensive.

Our patio and walkways around the inground pool had become uneven after 34 years. Quality First came out and made all the concrete levels after adjusting 8 sections of the walkway and two sections of the patio seating area. We are pleased with the results!
