The patio of this Island Heights, NJ residence was sinking. The concrete had sunk a couple of inches which was very visible against the siding of the home. Quality 1st Basement Systems used PolyLEVEL concrete leveling system to bring the concrete patio up to the desired level. PolyLEVEL works by filling the void underneath sinking concrete and provides a waterproof layer under the patio.
A homeowner in Hillsdale, New Jersey had sinking and settling slabs on their sidewalk. The homeowners contacted Quality 1st for a solution.
PolyLevel was injected into the concrete through small penny-size holes. The foam starts to expand and begin working within 30 minutes, lifting the concrete back to its original position.
When not properly sealed, concrete walkways can sink and crack when water gets beneath the slabs and erodes the soil. This customer called on Quality 1st Basements to help fix a problem that was bound to get worse. PolyLevel injections lifted the slabs and the NexusPro joint sealant will help divert surface water away from the joints to prevent future washout.
With help from Concrete Repair Specialist, Andy and our Concrete Repair Foreman, Iian, Quality 1st Basements raised and leveled this entire front walkway in front of this building located in Secaucus, NJ. PolyLevel was injected beneath the sunken slab to raise and stabilize the slab. The small trip hazard created from the uneven concrete was removed.
