Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Manalapan, NJ noticed their concrete sidewalk was sinking and becoming unlevel, so they contacted us for a solution. We recently received a call from a homeowner located in Manalapan, NJ who was concerned with concrete settlement near their backyard patio area. This issue if not assessed right away could result in severe structural decay as well as extremely unsafe walking conditions. Luckily our system design specialist Jeff was able to conduct a much needed evaluation to deliver the owner with the most efficient solution. After this analysis was completed our foreman Ash began installing our fortifying PolyLevel Foam Injections beneath the slabs to ultimately lift and restore them to their original surface height, as well as a full application of our specially formulated NexusPro Joint Sealant to safeguard the walkway from erosion. Finally this owner can rest well knowing their patio is entirely reinforced and prepared to withstand future signs of settlement. 

Multiple pool slabs had settled causing trip hazards near the edge of the pool. When it rained water would get trapped and flood the pool patio area. Our PolyLevel Foreman, Ash G., raised the pool slabs back to level with help from Concrete Repair Specialist, Andy G.
