He had everything well organized, was very professional and kept me informed throughout the job. He and the crew worked very hard to get the job done in a timely fashion, took care of the work area during the job (which wasn’t easy due to the mushy conditions), and also cleaned up really well before they left. I started with Quality Basements in 2007 and year after year the service has been delivered professionally and with care.   Justin Williams, the service technician, engaged me in the service delivery and kept me informed of issues within a 15 year old system.  He was courteous, well versed in his craft and a great guy to work with.

Sha'Chon came out to service the pump that was installed by the previous home owner.  He took his time to explain everything to me, as I am a new home owner.  He was very patient, very honest, and extremely knowledgeable.  After our discussion, I decided to replace the pump, battery and battery backup, as they were older and we have a very high water table near the house with active sump drainage throughout the day.  His team arrived on the scheduled day on time, did their work and were very professional.

Nick came to do an annual service and to check on a non-functioning dehumidifier. He called with an estimated time of arrival, arrived on time, performed all of the work, and communicated with me throughout.
